Returns

Items in new condition, returned within 30 days, will receive a refund or exchange. The return window for most items sold on www.SacredWhisper.store begins once the order has been invoiced. Invoicing happens when any part of the order is shipped or delivered.  Items that have been used in any way (worn, laundered, etc.) may be denied a refund or exchange. Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a refund.

Please be advised that colors may appear slightly different in person due to variations in computer monitors and screen displays. Returns related to color differentiation will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you. We will notify you of the status of your refund as soon as we inspect the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, please contact us at cs@sacredwhisper.com. Exchanges are subject to availability, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping

You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at cs@sacredwhisper.com with details of the product. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund.

Please note that certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. This information will be clearly stated on the product page.

Crafted On Demand

​Each item you order is crafted on demand from our fulfillment center. Typically, orders are ready to ship within 1-2 weeks. Please be aware that shipping durations may fluctuate due to seasonal demand.

 

Once your order departs our fulfillment center, Sacred Whisper cannot oversee specific delivery timelines via the postal service. We recommend reviewing estimated delivery times before finalizing your purchase.​

 

When you order from Sacred Whisper, understand that cancellations are NOT possible, as production begins immediately upon order confirmation. Your understanding and cooperation are deeply appreciated.​
